Cancellations

Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours in advance. Our online booking service does not allow you to cancel your appointments. A cancellation notice must be given via phone (1-866-4-A-SHAVE) speaking to a human (no messages) or via email ([email protected]) .For any cancellation less than 24 hours, the client may be charged 50% of the cost of service. Two consecutive cancellations in less than 24 hours may cause the client to lose their online scheduling privileges.

No Shows

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it via phone/email, may cause the client to be charged for the full price of the missed service(s). We will reserve the right to require an on-file credit card to hold future appointments. Without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation/rescheduling two consecutive times may cause the client to lose their online scheduling privileges.

Late Arrivals

Please understand we implement these policies to deliver the best overall service to our clients. We have determined what we feel is the appointment time frame for all of our services to be performed giving you the best possible overall experience. That being said, when you arrive late to an appointment you are taking that experience away from the rest of our clientele. Shaving Grace Barbers reserves the right to take the next scheduled appointment before yours, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are good for services at any Shaving Grace Barbers locations or for Shaving Grace Products. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash. If a gift card is not used after 2 years from purchase date, there will be a $5.00 surcharge after each month that passes.
